Getting started

This page focuses on the first few actions after installation: what to do first, what to set up, and how to get a minimal starting point without overbuilding the system.

Step 1

Open the app and choose your current domain

Start with Work, Home, or Me based on what you need to move right now. You do not need to build the whole system on day one.

Step 2

Create your first note or item

Start from the one thing that matters most right now. Use a note if you are still collecting context, or create an item if you already know the next action.

Step 3

Group related work into one project

When you already have a few related notes or actions, put them into a project so direction and progress become easier to see.

Step 4

Keep the structure small, then refine it

First get one small loop running across capture, execution, and a simple project. Add tags, filters, and review rhythm gradually after that.
