Priotrix respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use the app and related website pages.

2. Information We Collect

The information Priotrix handles depends on whether you stay in local-only mode or choose to sign in and enable sync.

  • Content data: tasks, projects, notes, tags, and related records you create in the app.
  • Account information: email address and profile information are used for authentication only when you register or sign in.
  • Device and diagnostics information: device model, OS version, and crash logs may be used for compatibility, performance, and bug fixing.
  • Focus and productivity data: focus timer records and summary statistics are used to generate your personal productivity insights inside the app.

3. How We Use Information

  • Local-first processing: by default, your content stays on your device and is not uploaded for advertising profiling.
  • Optional sync: if you sign in and enable cloud sync, your data is transmitted to secure infrastructure so it can stay consistent across devices.
  • Service quality: device and crash information may be used to improve compatibility, reliability, and support.
  • What we do not do: we do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Storage, Sync, and Security

Priotrix is local-first. Your data is stored on your device by default. If cloud sync is enabled, data transmission uses SSL/TLS. Cloud sync depends on account status: it is available during the trial and with an active subscription, and the core local workflow remains available without sync.

You can delete synced and local data from inside the app. You may also request account deletion, which clears data and submits a deletion request. The account then enters a 7-day safety buffer period; after the buffer ends, the account and related data are deleted through a backend process. During the buffer period, you can contact us to revoke the request.
