Account Deletion and Data Removal

1. Overview

Priotrix allows you to delete your data or request deletion of your account in line with app store policies and data protection principles. This page explains the available options, the deletion flow, and what happens during the safety buffer period.

2. Delete data from inside the app

If you only want to remove your data but keep the ability to use Priotrix later, you can clear your data directly in the app:

  • Clear cloud data: In the Priotrix app, go to Settings and choose the option to clear cloud data. This deletes your synced tasks, projects, notes, tags and related records from the Priotrix cloud database for your account.
  • Clear local data: You can also clear local data stored on your device (such as cached tasks and preferences) from within the app settings.

These actions do not delete your Priotrix login account. You can sign in again later and continue using the app. If you prefer not to sign in, you can also keep using Priotrix in local-only mode.

3. Request deletion of your account

If you want to permanently delete your Priotrix account and associated data, you have two options:

  • From inside the app: In the latest version of the Priotrix app, go to Settings and use the account deletion option. The app will:
    • Delete your tasks, projects, notes, tags and related records in the cloud.
    • Clear local data stored on your device related to Priotrix.
    • Create an account deletion request record so that our backend can complete the removal of your authentication account.
    • Start a 7-day safety buffer period before final backend deletion is completed.
  • By contacting support: If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email from your registered email address to support@priotrix.com. Please include "Priotrix account deletion" in the subject and your account email in the message body.

After receiving your request, your account enters a 7-day safety buffer period. During this period, we may retain minimal technical logs as required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. If you need to revoke the deletion request during the buffer period, contact us before the buffer ends. After the buffer period, the account and remaining data are deleted through our backend process.
