1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Priotrix, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the service.

2. Service Model and Accounts

Priotrix is a local-first productivity app. You can use the core local workflow without creating an account. If you choose to register or sign in, you must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.

Cloud sync is optional and depends on your current account status. During the 14-day trial and with an active subscription, cloud sync and Premium features are available. After the trial ends without an active subscription, the core local workflow remains available, but cloud sync and Premium features are disabled.

3. Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding content you create), features, and functionality remain the property of Priotrix and its licensors. You may not misuse the service, reverse engineer it, or attempt to bypass technical protections.

4. Data Security, Backup, and Sync Risks

Priotrix follows a local-first model, but if you enable cloud sync, the service depends on network conditions and third-party infrastructure. While we use reasonable safeguards, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or zero-risk transmission.

You are responsible for backing up important data. We are not liable for losses caused by failure to keep your own backups.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Priotrix is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, or goodwill.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. If you use a free version of the service, the liability cap is 0.

6. Account and Data Deletion

You can delete synced data and local data from the app settings. You can also request account deletion from the in-app deletion entry, which clears data and submits a deletion request.

After a deletion request is submitted, the account enters a 7-day safety buffer period. After the buffer ends, the account and related data are deleted through a backend process. Where permitted by law, we may retain minimal records for compliance or dispute resolution for a reasonable period.
